TRU on Broadway in Vancouver got the Official OK from Hasbro to put the figures out today

 

Fredericton NB now has them in at TRU. will check other stores later in the week. picked up most of wave one this evening.

 

I didn't see nuffin at my TRU today. Guess I'll just be checking it every day after work for the next week or so.

 

...well, they received the word from their head office, who received it from Hasbro anyways. None in Toronto yet but all around it (sightings in Brampton and Markham).

 

I've been to many TRU's, Targets, and Walmarts here in CA and nothing! I even had a very helpful manager at a TRU pull the cases in the back and they haven't even got any of the movie Deluxes!

 

I hear you man!!! I have the same problem!! WTF??!?! Come on now and ship out and put out these figs already!! The closest I have goten to these figs was my local Target which had sold out all there old Transformer stock and the TFer Section is now empty but on the pegs where the tags are it says "TRANSFORMERS MOVIE DELUXE" and Below "9.99" but not a single figure!!! So either they sold out of the figures or there about to put them out. Either way I am screwed. Dammit!!

 

I've been told by My store manager at the K B toys that I work at that were getting them this coming Monday 21st pluss alot of the other movie merchandise  But can only put the Deluxes  The rest will have to sit in our back room till 2nd of June 

 

At least your getting them. I have no fucking clue when my stores get theres. Consider yourself lucky bud.

 

Yeah I know since We never even got any classics in our stores 

 

How much are they charging for these guys at K B?

 

Went to 1Target, 1Walmart, and my only TRU and nothing but preview figs for movie stuff. I guess if I am out and about I'll check the others this weekend.

 

They sure are out!!! I picked up Brawl, Bumblebee, and Jazz. They look great with my Ironhide that I picked up off of Amazon

Damn Walmarx...don't even have a section for the movie figures, just some crap from classics and cybertron.

They even have the fucking display over the toy aisle, but nothin'.

 

I went to Target yesterday in hopes of getting some Deluxes. Here's what I got:
Target employee: "Movie Transformers? The movie isn't even out yet."
Me: "Yeah, but Hasbro said stores can put out Deluxe assortment figures."
TE: "They've got a street date, though."
Me:"But Hasbro said stores can put one assortment on shelves because the new trailer was released today."
*Shows printout of Hasbro statement*
TE: "See? It says 6/2."
Me: "That's for the other figures. The ###### Deluxe assortment are officially available for retail release."
TE: "We don't have those out yet." *leaves*

Looks like I'll be waiting until June 2nd....

 

I think most of us will be waiting with you. I think Hasbro was just covering up for the stores that actually put these out by accident but really doesn't have huge plans on getting the word out for other stores to put them out now. Most store managers won't take the website's info to do anything either.

 

Of all the places I've gone, I've only found them in one store. The last Target I visited has 1x Bonecrusher, 1x Brawl, and 2x Swindle.

Not to worry, they'll be plentiful on 6/2.

 

The Target where I work knows about the Hasbro decision, and chooses to ignore it. The woman that runs the toy department brought it up at yesterday's front end meeting, and basically said that if we wait for June 2nd, then the Hasbro rep will help "clean up and restock the shit that's out there already." Which is funny, because the same Cybertron figures have been sitting on that shelf since before Christmas.

You'd think that "The 3rd busiest Target in the country" would operate on better standards. You'd be pretty wrong, though!

Most of New York is dead as far as sightings go, actually. SIGH.
