    Hope he's ok.

Also hoping that this doesn't push Eros back too much.

    Damn.

I got in to Deftones back in 1999/2000 with "Around the Fur" ... and quickly stopped following them after that, as their new albums did an "Incubus" and changed their sound entirely.

Have you heard their latest album SNW...?

With the exception of one or two songs the album is brilliant imo...

Man that's terrible.... Deftones are one of my all time favorite bands. Personally I love Saturday Night Wrist. Was really disappointed with it at first but once you give it it a few serious listens I found that it stands out as one of there best albums overall. Love the song where they mention dirty, filthy uncircumcised British people and the Carling Academy...

Really hope he pulls through this.

Shit, hope he's OK. Early Deftones stuff was the soundtrack to my university years, went off them after White Pony (like everyone did really) but yeah. Damn.

Their first album 'Adrenaline' is what pulled me in. Saw the video for 7 words and was instantly hooked. White Pony was a damn good album too though.
Sounds like they're bored these days, too much moaning & whispering.

Oh man that sucks. I hope he makes it through it. :(

And yeah, they're first three albums were awesome. But, they sort of fell by the wayside for me after that.
