Hi, been using this site for a good 5 or so years now, but only just decided to register.

    Anyway reason for my registration:

went back to my parents over the weekend and found some old transformer toys in the garage.

One of which, i'd like to know if someone can identify.

It's a big blue and white decepticon. And seems to be a triple changer.

    Tank mode
    Jet
    Base?

Can anyone tell me who this might be and provide some background info on the character. I'd like to know whether he appeared in any cartoons.

Yeah, Overlord's only cartoon appearances were in Japan's G1 continuation.

Congrats. you literally just struck gold.

Want to see him kicking some ass? Check out the comic miniseries "Last stand of the Wreckers", either as single issues or trade paperback.

Hmm.. imo, Overlord is more like the ancestor to PCC's.

Overlord rocks. Get the comic series/trade Last Stand of the Wreckers. He totally earns his name.

    Uh... how?

PCCs are transformers that combine with drone-limbs, Overlord is two vehicles that combine into one robot.
