Well, those pics with the tanker out front add some credence for me as to who it supposed to be.

 

It could be a chase scene, which doesn't rule out the possibility of it being Ultra Magnus.

 

Nah, too evil looking to be Magnus. Either Onslaught or Megatron. I do like the cop SUVs with their silver 'con symbols. Nice. Still no substitute for Barricade. *le sigh*

 

Agreed. Even if it isn't HIM, it probably is a Con.

Air Force Memorial?

I thought all filming was going to be done in the city and not in NoVA. I would've gone had I known.

man...this gives me a power core combiner/devastator feel....I hope if this is not just Motormaster and his drones....it would however be cool if it was just some earth team that has teamed up with the cons....

Wonder if the "Dreads" will be kind of like Reflector, or if they'll end up combining into a larger robot.

Now that you point it out, it does give off a PCC feel to it. I wonder if the Dreads became armor/weapons for the tanker. If the tanker rumor is true, that would be cool for a final battle.

 

He still looks like Mixmaster with a Mech-Zombie disease to me.

 

That pretty much confirms that the tanker is a Decepticon. Unless the truck was rediculously fast and/or those suburbans slower than a snail, that does not look at all like a chase scene.

is for a fact the Mad Max semi in TF3. I can send you more behind the scenes pictures from a storage facility where all the vehicles were kept while in Chicago. My father in law who works for a special effects company in Chicago was one of a group whose job it was as he said Michael Bay states "make this truck look more demented." Also not sure if it is known or not but Patrick Dempsey’s Character is a super Billionaire computer expert,

who helps the transformers buy building additional ones to help. Those NASCAR transformers are not partially transformed those are ones he created, along with he "power glove" we have seen Sam wearing.

Wow, if what you say is true than that really truly sucks (IMO at least).

 

I think it'd be cool for these "Dreads" (first time I've heard that term) to have completely different transformation schemes despite all turning into the same vehicle. You know, one could have hood-chest, one could have rear-bumper-chest, one could have roof-chest, and so one for however many there are.

As for the big truck guy...whoever it is, I hope he gets a big toy, that thing'd be AWESOME.

 

Wow. I really hope that's not true, for a lot of reasons. One, it would suck to have Megatron as that tanker. Two, it would beyond suck to have the Wreckers be human-engineered battle cars, rather than legit Transformers. Third, I thought that Dempsey played a race car driver?
