    Do they have a Medic to repair or even fix them after each battle?, like the Autobots have Ratchet, Hoist?

    Maybe Shockwave but in the Cartoon Starscream(!?) was looking after Megatron when he had cosmic rust

    i think the constructicons were probably the decepticon medics.
    They built megatron, so i'm sure they know a thing or two about repairing battle damage.

    In the Marvel comics continuity, the 'Cons had an unamed Medic who worked alongside Spectro, Viewfinder and Spyglass.

    decepticon medics? did they exist?

    Anyway, in answer to your question, the most predominant Decepticon medic in G1 was Hook. His function was "Surgical Engineer". The rest of the Constructicons also acted as medics.

    I always went with either Shockwave, The Constructicons or Bombshell as their medics in G1.
