Heavy/Scratch: Decepticon Duststorm...

    This is a custom I am still working on(gotta paint him up) for a Decepticon survivalist and recon warrior. I wanted a really durable alternate form that shows strength and endurance, so I opted for a Bactrian Camel. Bactrians endure both the extreme temperatures of bitter cold and harshness of the extreme heat of the Gobi desserts and steppes.

    I used Beast Wars Iguanus and Beast Machine Longhorn for the basic parts, but sculpted everything else from scratch.

    I'd suggest predacon rather than decepticon.

    Great sculpt job! Looking forward to seeing him finished. I would agree that he seems to be more of a Predacon, but it's your party dude!

    Wow, a camel-tf. Now thats genius. I also agree that I should be a Predacon as well.

    very original, indeed. And very good character developement with the characteristics of the beast mode and all, this is one charismatic guy!

    alot

    :) 
    but i would say that the fur u made is a bit to organic ...
    maybe some cut parts to make it look more robotic
    i like the mecha parts on the mid line of the back

    and my last suggestion will b a more desert like face
    like a face plate that will b like those fabric scarfsthat the nomad in the desert use .
    maybe even a nomad dude that will turn in a gun -LOL

    Genius! :thumb  Your Duststorm & Rohml's Panda would have to be 2 of the coolest customs in recent times. I can't wait to see some paint bring out his details... :)

    I really appreciate the support on this project.
    The reason He is a Decepticon and not a Predacon, is because his design will not be totally organic like in Beast Wars, but rather its a lot like the Trans-organic look of the Maximals in Beast Machines... then again, He could be an evolved Predacon following the events of the Beast Machines era... :)

    I like him REALLY Like him!! Although I've never seen a camel with hove's?? So before you paint his legs try giving him .... well... each foot a .. (oh Primus) ... Camel Toe, I mean foot.

    Very, very cool. Completely original. However, I agree with others in that he should be a Predacon, He would work great as a Trans-metal. Either way, Great job!
