If Megatron could create his own Dinocons, which Dinosaurs he would use to built them? I think it would be pretty cool if they could add Decepticons Dinosaurs. My ideas would be: Velociraptor, Allosaurus, Jeholopterus, Spinosaurus, Dilophosaurus

I'd say Overkill was a T-Rex. It wasn't until Jurrasic Park in 1993 that the general public became aware of raptors.

Jeholopterus? *looks up* Urgh, that "photoshopped-into-a-vampire" pterosaur....
The actual Jeholopterus is fairly plain. Rhamphorhynchus would be the "classic" counter to Pteranodon, though I'd love to see a Pterodaustro or a Quetzalcoatlus (especially if they gave it the proper quadrupedal, bizarrely giraffe-like stance).

I think that list needs less theropods. Even with the frills and spines they aren't much different from each other or their rival Grimlock.
Aquatic reptiles would be cool too. Kronosaurus would be an interesting counter to Grimlock's T. rex, and even better alludes to the Titan Cronus which is absolutely perfect for a leader of violent monster Decepticons.

I'd like to see the Dinocons be as accurate as possible. There's not enough accurate depictions, far too many go with the severely outdated looks... like the Dinobots.

Even though this "technically" is not a dino. Megalodon as the center, Plesiosaurus as an arm, Utahraptor as the other arm, Sarcosuchus as a leg, Minotaurasaurus as the other leg, with Quetzalcoatlus as front sheild/armor... so we can have a dino combiner and decepticon dinos... Yea never happen would be cool but got lost in a fan boy dream there sorry. LOL

There are Dinocons in the Shattered Glass setting. We don't know all their names, but members include Goryu (the Dinoforce member), Overkill and Slugfest.

Personally if there were Decepticon Dinobot counterparts I'd prefer to see direct similarities between them and the Dinobots, so I'd go for Raptor (Grimlock), Styracosaurus (Slag), Ankylosaurus (Snarl), Brachiosaurus or Diplodocus (Sludge) and Pterodactyl (Swoop).

You could always go with the "evil black clones" stereotype and use those Black WST toys as the model for Dinocons.
