    Plus, everyone knows that Movie toys cannot be repainted and used for another line, as per the agreement with Paramount/Dreamworks.

    Everyone that frequents a TF website knows that. But as Pete stated once before, not every Botcon exclusive purchaser does so. So it's possible some poor sap could get taken by this. I wonder if FP could get this auction pulled?

    I sent the seller a message, asking what the deal is with having a retail product in a Botcon 2010 bag. Maybe I'll get a reply that'll explain it.

    Are there any pictures of Spark or the other already "released" Botcon figures. If we can find pics in the baggie we can look at the serial number on the bag. That is exclusive to the figure in the bag. I do believe this person did a swap. I would love to find the proof.

    I've tried to report items before and all I get are the generated responses about thanking you for helping, but nothing ever happens to said auctions. Hopefully Hasbro will blow the whistle on this one before someone gets taken...
