    Death By Drowning

    BURNOUT IS DEAD.

Yes, my favorite fan character is finally being laid to rest. It should be said that the greatest fear of Cybertronians is the smelting pool, but there are other dangers close in dread. The lava strewn caves of the fiery world Scathios has to come in a close second under "worst places for a final duel".

And yet she dueled. She fought bravely.

    And she lost.

For now, the identity of her assailant shall remain undisclosed. But make no mistake, there is no returning from the slag, Burnout.

    No return at all.

Fantastic piece, GrungeWerx! The detailing for the battle damage is well done. :thumb  Though, one question from regarding your post. Are you still going to make art of Burnout, or is this like the last piece?

As far as I'm concerned, this is the last piece. :D

That's awesome. You alone can kill her off.
nice work on the smoke trails but I think the lava could have been rendered a little better. More lava flying thru the air and maybe some rock chunks.
I think the parallels between the lava explosion/eruption and her own damage/ smoke plumes should be played up.
Nice work as always tough grungewerx

I totally agree with you. I had trouble with the lava, first time giving it a try actually. If I get some time, I'll try some of the suggestions you mentioned.

    Thanks!

    Damm!

Now the question is will Grimlock or their offspring (referring to poppin' protoform's pic posted a while back) will avenge her death.
