    Recently we're having a number of issues come up where people are stating "I didn't know that was against the rules" or something similar to that extent.

    For the record, that excuse doesn't work with us, you still get to deal with the consequences.

    Sounds like people just trying to excuse knowingly breaking the rules by claiming ignorance. If anything, punishment should be even more severe for their attempt to weasel out of trouble with that kinda BS; like an IP ban and have some of their family members killed as an example.
