I saw this desperate plea to F/R on youtube today while looking for F/R's channel. Kinda creepy in a Blair Witch sort of way....poor guy. Kinda reminds me of that song Dear God.

I'm actually a little afraid for FR right now. Really creepy. He wouldn't need the $25 if he sold that camcorder...

 

Um, hate to say it, but i started when i was, um, ~12. And i'm 15 now. I can honestly say that my customs, even my first (well, barring the bumblebee that screwed up coz i wasn't using the right kinda paint) dinobot, Grimlock, worked out pretty well. Heck, his paint has't chipped yet.

I dare say that this guy really needs to read some tutorials, or even go to a local hobby store/convention. It's not that hard to get help. Seriously.

Personally, i'd run if i was FR, something just doesn't add up. I like seeing new people enter in this hobby and try to help them, but i have never seen something that bad, even when people specifically ask for help.

Probably not. My first attempt (read, the bumblebee i f***ed up) looked just like that, except in yellow, obviously. That's what happens when you don't use paint intended for plastic, regular stuff you use in school art classes ain't gonna help you much at all.

 

Actually it turns out it's his parents' camcorder. And he's using it without their permission.

That was my first thought, too!

 

I don't think I would be able to help him. It would weigh heavily on my consience if his friends saw it and dq'd him and he lost his 25boners. Also slightly reminded of the episode of south park where this one kid has no friends on facebook then kyle to be kind adds him, then everyone drops kyle.

 

^Well hopefully Radicons won't drop FR if he does (read: highly unlikely) help that guy.

Though i'll be surprised if even FR could help that guy. The chances of that guy getting anywhere are equivalent to dividing a number by 0: It ain't gonna happen annytime soon, i'll bet.  

IMO, though, there's only one guy worse offbecause of this: Swerve. Poor guy. He was almost a worthwhile remold. He even got the new head... So close, man, so close. Just got beaten by Sideswipe.  

And FR, tbh, Leia looked slightly better...
