I've been waiting to see if there was going to be a US release of this, but have yet to hear anything. I was curious if any of our UK folks had watched this zombie series. And if so, was it worth watching?

It was pretty good. A little too much Zach Snyder, but on the whole pretty entertaining. Not sure it will mean a thing to you if you're not aware of UK Big Brother though.

I really enjoyed it. If you like zombies in general, and know of the Big Brother concept, then you should give it a watch.

Aware of it, but never watched it. I'm a zombie freak though. I eat up zombie movies like there's no tomorrow. I'm looking for a new fix.

I loved the Dead Set mini-series. It had everything you would want in a zombie TV series. Just wished there was more to it after the last episode cause I wanted more. :(

    I didn't like it.

It was basically a bunch of missed opportunities that totally missed the reality TV side of it and ended up a second rate zombie story which was rushed toward the end.

Also, stupid people doing stupid things in zombie situations because the plot demands it pisses me off no end.

    I haven't seen Diary I'm afraid.

Its just, their method of thinking is weirdly skewed.

When a member of the group turns they entrust the effeminate guy whos incapable of doing anything to deal with her... because he's her friend. Things don't end well there.

The only person who acts reasonably normally is the asshole TV producer, but he's stuck in a room for over half the series.

If I remember any other examples I'll post them. I remember something about a door into the backstage tunnels being left open, and people screaming to shut it, but for some reason it seemed like a good idea to keep it open for a while so Zombies could stagger through?

I dunno. Maybe its not as bad as I remember, but maybe the crushing disappointment has clouded my memory?
