    Speculation:

Earth-2, time-displaced, or are they all new people taking on the identities?

For a teaser poster, I think it looks great. I'm much more interested in this than anything Marvel's doing these days.

Final Crisis, I assume the title refers to it being the third part of a trilogy (that began either with Identity Crisis, which fed into Infinite Crisis then this, or with Crisis on Infinite Earths then Infinite Crisis. Either one is plausible, though granted the latter ignores Zero Hour)

It's nice, but I like the Countdown teasers better. They have more to read into and speculate about.

They also make Superman cry. I'm surprised he's not crying in that pic.

This gets a resounding "meh" from me.

Once DC actually delivers again, (something they haven't done in a couple of years) I'll care again.

We should all ignore Zero Hour. :p

This teaser is doing nothing for me. I liked Infinite Crisis, but I really don't need another huge reality-shaking event for another 19 years. I just really hope Countdown isn't any indication of this Crisis' quality, because if so it's going to suck hard.

Damn... I thought they were leading into Zero Hour 2 (what with Countdown counting down like Zero Hour did).

Anyways... sounds spooky ruben to me.

The poster does nothing for me. When I look, I see members of the JLA standing in front of a warp looking thing. So what? There is nothing original or speculatory about it. it just has the big guns there. And it's a year away? YAWN!

Come on DC, do something besides trying to get people talking about events through posters. Pull a Marvel and do something interesting.

I mean really. Want to get me interested? Do a World War Shazam, and not a crappy rushed 4 part Wold War III with a pissed off Black Adam and a mopey Martian manhunter. Or better yet, "Target: Batman" and have the heroes finally get pissed at Batman's stupid behind the back plans and try taking him out. The only good thing in DC right now are Detective Comics 1 shot stories and Sinestro Corps War.

PS - World War Shazam and Target: Batman are copyright of Wreckgar Inc.

I hope they are going to beat the living shit of Siniestro and his "lanterns".
