I would love a Superman figure for my collection. What are some good choices to fill this void?

So, finally managed to find Jessica Cruz. Decent figure, but she'd be better with rocker ankles, etc. Nice effects pieces though. Still not sure why she's going for crazy prices on eBay though.

On a side note Clayface is almost finished and damned if he isn't one of the best comic book renditions we've ever got in toy form.

Mezco, possibly Icons Superman, or wait for the new one on BBTS in July.

Ooh, the new one looks nice. Ball-jointed hips, good headsculpt, and I don't mind the lack of red trunks.

What's funny is their extra pricey superior line has toe articulation, double jointed knees and elbows, but no ankle rockets.

Has anyone seen Multiverse hit Ross, yet? I picked up the 6 inch JL Batmobile for $12.99 the other day so, I feel they are coming.

The only thing I have seen this year is, Superfriends GL. Floppy piece of junk. Retire that mould. Luckily, I have the DCUC one.

The Superfriends Batman should be out too. Both he and GL are showing up at Ollies. I've seen an exclusive looking movie Aquaman there as well.

So I'm trying to decide if I can make the movie Wonder Woman statue work with my Kotobukiya nu52 Justice League (because I really hated the WW figure that went with that line) but I couldn't find any pics online I tried a little photoshopping.
Does anyone know if I have this about right scale-wise?
And do people think she fits with the others? I can't decide. I think the face is obviously the toughest sell since it's so much more detailed the - say Superman's.
    Would it look stupid?

I was just comparing my Multiverse Rebirth Superman to other DC figures I have and, even compared to other stuff from Mattel, he's a head taller than your average 6" figure. Should Superman even be that big?

When will the time Multiverse adapt the styling of Marvel Legends come?
Honestly, i'm reluctant on collecting Multiverse by Mattel. In the end I end up buying DCD Icons.
I really don't like the pricing of Multiverse figs here in our country. It's expensive than Marvel Legends.
And the price here of DCD Icons is same as MLs.

I don't collect Super Hero figures really, but I picked up this new guy, Firestorm because he looks cool.

Back in winter I saw Wonder Woman movie Multiverse and Zero Year Batman at ROSS. Roses had Suicide Squad for dirt cheap too($3.99 maybe?).

Are you talking about the Multiverse Batmobile?

Good article... my take is retailers probably only want movie related merch, because they feel it is more of a sure thing for the general population...not just collectors. For example, my local Walmart hardly ever puts out non-movie Transformers, but right before a Marvel movie they sure as heck have a end cap with the new Marvel Legends with movie figures.

The reliance on movie related product hurts comic only toys and also new ideas for toy lines unrelated to anything prior.

The fact that DC movies have bombed doesn’t help their cause.

DC figures are definitely lacking with Matel, but other companies have been picking up that slack...

In all honesty I just want the classic costumes, I don’t like rebirth Superman with no red trunks, etc.... I do like most of the Snyder costumes though. Too bad it might get rebooted here soon...

I'm okay with the 4H sculpting but it's clear that Mattel isn't paying them to go all out. Compare Multiverse comic figures to the 4H's Mystic Legion line. Even now the Multiverse figures lack ankle rockers. Double jointed elbows are very few and far between. The standard set of articulation has barely changed in the 10 year period from DCUC-Multiverse.

I'd be more content if Hasbro gets the DC license and makes DC Legends using shared tooling with Marvel Legends but no BAF system...release bigger figures in their own pricepoint.

After Mezco's TDKR Batman, I never wanted another Batman figure but I still ordered this last night to support the best line in comic style figures ever. Plus, DC needs more companies that can make good figures to do them Justice.

Could be considered a tough act to follow depending on your tastes. My local Target just got its annual shipment of Multiverse figures. I actually went in to check out the 5-inch Infinity Wars line but most of them had fish eyes. So I picked up Batwoman, who I'd been on the fence about preordering from BBTS.
    20180512_085704.jpg
I think she's a pretty decent figure. She should've come with a Batarang though. Also Mattel put some effort into the box, which is surprising given the attitude towards and distribution of Multiverse. It was super hard to open without destroying too.

I don't intend to collect the rest of the wave so any ideas on what to do with the Clayface parts? Worth eBaying or somebody here interested in paying shipping for them?
