Vampire-themed movies have never peaked my interest (with the exception of Blade).

    This has.

I...wow. This actually looks really good. Now on my list of movies I want to see the most after TF2.

    District 9
    Daybreakers

Honestly. It thought that the vampire genre had been done to death after the Blade and Underworld trilogies.

But movies (and shows) like Tru Blood, Twilight, and Daybreakers have reinvigorated the genre.

That actually looks pretty cool. Liked that song too, even though I don't generally care for Placebo (or Kate Bush, for that matter).

Edit: Why 2010? Post-production work looks pretty finished as far as I can tell...

    Finally, a good vampire movie.

Now do this with something else like werewolves or zombies or something spooky.

No, no... movies like Daybreakers have reinvigorated the genre. Don't you say Twilight is interesting moviegoing material at all.

Meh, I was ensured there would be at least somebody out there willing to make a decent Vampire flick after seeing 30 Days of Night. Daybreakers look good enough to want to continue with said strain of "decent" Vampire Movies, Post-Blade. Isabel Lucas in this, so I wanna see how she does.
