Just found some videos online about this - holy shit, how good does this game look? I have to admit that visually I'm a sucker for Joe Maduereira's stuff, but this just... wow. I'm also a massive lover of religious apocalypse stories, so that helps too

There's quite a few vids on the link I posted. A few cutscenes and some gameplay as well as some behind the scenes stuff. Looks very God Of War. The graphics look awesome though.

 

Oh yeah! I've heard about this game a while ago. Didn't think of it much back then, but now that I see that there's like stuff about it, it looks pretty neat. Is it suppose to be played kinda like God of War? Thats the feel I get from looking at it.

 

I'm hoping it's really good, because these guys behind it are the same ones who are doing the Warhammer 40K MMORPG

I've seen some adds for it I'm not sure what to think right now. I know their pulling the pre order item trick to try and hook me in so if I do go for it I know I will pre order it

edit: watched a few videos... I've preordered it.

 

This game is crazy. There's some live streams of people playing it right now online and it looks pretty good.

And, if I'm not mistaken, the watcher is Mark Hammil. It sounds a lot like the Joker

Getting really excited for this now. Coming out this week, got it pre-ordered at my gf's sister's work, so I'm getting her staff discount on it, plus a free JoeMad comic book. Score.

This game, on the other hand looks pretty awesome. This year's-beginning is just jam packed, almost to the point where it's just impossible to play it all.

Just got it. Played a bit before going out for a meal, it's fun so far. Only up to the start of the "proper" storyline. Seems very DMC but at a different pace. Gonna play properly tomorrow  

 

I am playing this game heavily right now. It ia amazing and fun. I am at the Griever right now.

 

Been playin' since I got the game back on the 5th, up to the Black Throne and lovin' it. Great, great blend of Zelda, Soul Reaver, and God of War. The Ashlands is definitely the standout temple of the game so far.

 

Got all my Abyssal Armor pieces last night and started collecting the Armageddon Blade shards. Also ran through all the temples to get any chests and artifacts I missed.

Beat it this morning. Great game. Now I just have to load my save before forging the Armageddon Blade and farm out the rest of the Life and Wrath Shards, abilities, and moves to get those achievements. Then it's on to Apocalyptic mode.
