This may be the only Bayverse fig I actually like! I know it's a matter of personal preference, but does anyone else think he'd make a suitable Cthulhu(classic) Shockwave?

IMO it's the best Shockwave since G1 and probably the only movie figure I am getting (Human Alliance toys don't count).

He's the only Shockwave I have and although he doesn't really match with the Classics look, he's still the best fit there is yet.

It would be too skeletony to use for a classics shelf

i have a list of about 5 figures from DotM that i intend to get (Skyhammer, Powerglide, Sentinel Prime, Blackout & Shockwave) because the line isn't all that to me.

but i admit i really am liking Shockwave- haven't bought him yet because i haven't seen him in stores here.
i'd put him on the classics shelf.

heck, if he had a different paint app, i'd use him to replace my Deluxe Galvatron.

I disagree. DOTM Shockwave looks pretty decent sitting in with some of the Classics Decepticons.

Yep, bought him just to use as my classics Shockwave. Gave him a new bio and everything.

No. Not a good sub for Classics. Don't get me wrong, I like him. Just not for classics.

I do too. He doesn't look too bad next to United Megatron and Generations Soundwave.

He doesn't really fit the classics aesthetic. I'm only buying him just in case they don't make a leader so I can still have the character. And so I can put the cannon on Voyager Megatron.
