kicker is the main reason energon should burn in hell......daniel was really not annoying until headmasters.....and then, headmasters won a poll of the most favorite japanese series on here......

so yeah, it seems all these polls are COMPLETELY wrong lol

 

The fat kid in Armada is by far the worst sidekick ever.

 

Armada Carlos. That slaggin voice makes my ears bleed. It's as annoying as Rattrap's.

Even though he's not a kid, ROTF Leo is as bad. Only good scene with him was him getting tazed! Can't believe that waste is coming back for TF3. They bring him back but not the hilarious Anthony Anderson from TF1?

 

He's NO WERE as bad as the unicron trilogy. GAH! But of the time, yea he probably was the worst. lol

 

Of course, make fun of the kid who came from a pelican!

But ya, Armada Fred happened too.

 

Kicker is the ONLY human I've despised enough to want to see him turned into red paste, and should have been on the list instead of Daniel...tho Daniel, being a whiner, is certainly not a favorite of mine, except in Animated where he's small, cute, and not getting in the way.

I'm not saying I LIKE all the rest, I just don't despise them enough to wish them dead.

Daniel was only like 6, right? He can't be older than a 1st grader. Kicker was older than that. So Daniel > Kicker. And despite the age difference Kicker's maturity level is about even with Daniel.

Although Jan is the best, Jan is what Daniel should have been. Because of the fact that he grew up around the transformers.

 

Daniel also ranks higher by not being present in every episode. Kicker was in every single last episode without fail, usually playing a starring role. And sure, Kicker has his nice armor and the energon sabre, but what did he actually do? In the space of 90 minutes, Daniel plowed through a couple Decepitcons and saved his own father from certain death. Daniel comes from the era when kids were active participants alongside their heroes, not just cheerleaders on the sidelines.

And Scrappy Doo is far, far worse than both of them combined.  

 

Ugh, I kinda get irritated when I see these *certain kid character is annoying topics*. Of course they are annoying, they're freaking kids, they're supposed to be cute and annoying. Or did you want them all to be like Kickback or Twin Twist? Getting back on topic, I did not think Daniel to be annoying at all, or Wheelie for that matter. Now, Carlos, Billy, Fred, and Kicker? Give me that Fusion Cannon.

I think the list of best/cutest TF humans are minera from masterforce,A-I from CR/RID,Artemis from beastwars 2nd & Those 2 girls from the TF Zone cartoon episode.

IMHO,Sarah from animated is the worst human. as she was the ugliest girl ever animated in a TF cartoon series. she was also super annoying,bragging & not too bright.

 

After watching Animated, I truly think that Armada could vastly be improved by removing Carlos, Rad, Billy and Fred. Leave Alexis in and expand her friendship subplot a little with Starscream. For some reason I found it genuinely compelling as an idea.

 

Yeah, stupid Sarah.

Sari, on the other hand, was my favorite human character.

I also like Bud from Galaxy Force.

 

I actually kinda liked Fred. They're in the face of danger and imminent death, and he's so badass all he can think about is mealtime.

 

I love Fred because someone has to. He's not like every other human sidekick - he really doesn't want to be there. And the writers *mistreated* the character so badly that I just feel sorry for his little fictional self.

 

I thought Sari was cool. Scrappy Doo was pretty funny I thought. I have a bad feeling that the kids in TF Prime are going to be VERY annoying

 

And who may this 'Sarah' be? I have no recollection of anybody called 'Sarah' in Animated.  

Speaking of Animated, Sari was probably one of the best of the kid sidekicks. Sure, she could be annoying at times but she was no where near as grating as those Armada kids or Daniel were (I'd offer my opinion of Kicker but I've only seen ten Energon episodes so I really can't).

 

Yes I liked Sari. Daniel and Wheelie were only annoying in Headmasters. Koji was ok too. C'mon he made friends with Skybite!

 

Sari was so not there to be cute and annoying.

I also agree that Kicker < Daniel.

Ever heard of exceptions? Sure the cute and annoying kid persona may be the stereoptypical norm (or was, haven't seen a good piece of animation for a while), but I'm pretty sure there were some kid characters that shone. Moving on, personally I found Sari to be a LITTLE annoying, nowhere near as bad as the humans I listed, but hey, each to his own.

 

All little kids are. Spike got cool as an adult.
