    neat little collectible.
the name had me wondering if he was a cab or a hamburger.

this would be a neat addition to my "noveltybots" area of the shelf.

Too bad his price isn't in that novelty range. This little guy set me back $60 shipped!

How are the Dairycon toys made, anyway? Are they KOs or actual Hasbro toys repainted by hand?

Usually they are real hasbro toys that are custom painted or dyed. Sometimes they are just molded. Custom stickers, biocards, packaging and you have a great exclusive. Considering I don't believe they make more than 20 something of each....... Pretty rare actually....

megamus beat me to the punch. He's right about the "production run" of 20 or so. There aren't a lot of them and they don't always come cheap...but they are awesome toys none the less. I've got 2 currently (other is Domino, may do a review for him soon), but would love to have more.

Fred never says how many of each toy are made, but I'm pretty sure there are more than 20 of Checkers and Domino out there. The really rare toys are the ones given out through the raffle, etc.
