    I guess everyone's doing it.

I saw it on "It's Effin Science"
A coworker gave a presentation of how he helped a student in his project to create one.
Both contained GPS units and a camera.

"It's Effin Science" crew said that the FAA required a radar reflector on theirs.
My coworker said that the FAA wanted to know the projected location of impact (As it travels back to Earth.) This thing mad a 2 feet hole as it landed.

Those seemed necessary by the FAA for safety, so it sounds like someone missed information.

I remember seeing a similar thing a while back. Except they forgot to turn the camera on or something before launch so didn't get any photos.

Nothing like spending quality time with your father, and what a way to spend it. Man I want to do something like this :D  wish I could have done this for a project last year when I was taking Astronomy.

It's technically not a rocket, more like a balloon. But, still, mad props to the father and son.

Pfft, post proof noob, or kindly refrain from posting non-proof post. Or something.

That said, that epic vid was full of epicness.

They already built themselves submarines for the hell of it, and now they want to put a dude into orbit.

It's so surreal seeing it climb up like that.. and soon you begin to see the blackness of space. Man, this universe is awesome.
