Reviewer Name - MushroomPrime Cyclonus is a nexcellent homage to the character first introduced 20-some odd years ago in the 1986 Transformers film. He even come with his Targetmaster pal Nightstick. This deluxe figure comes from the fourth wave of Universe 2.0 toys along with Hound, Starscream, and Cheetor. Vehicle Mode Cyclonus has a familiar looking vehicle mode if you've ever seen the G1 version. It remains the same kind of ship, but has more 'buffness' than his sleek G1 counterpart did. There is flip down landing gear, which is a nice touch. His Targetmaster can peg into the top of the ship, adding to the "Don't mess with me" look the toy gives. There are gap issues, such as the back thrusters not clippin it anywhere, but this can be overlooked. 8/10 Robot Mode Now this is where this figure shines. After transforming, you are left with a tall, bulky robot mode that quite simply rocks. He even retains his 'Bunny ears'. There is some gorgeous red light-piping in the eyes wihich really gives a nice glow. He can hold his gun in two ways, the simple 'Peg + Hand' way, or the way it appeared in the Japanese anime, in which you flip the fist back and plug the little notch on Nightstick into the peg of the hand. Now there are a few complaints, such as the lack of a bicep swivel, and the lack of a balljointed head. But the good of this figure outweighs the bad, so these can be forgiven. 9/10 Overall- Overall I think this a great toy to add to your collection. The Vehicle mode is nice, and the Robot mode is too. And It's a fantastic update to the G1 counterpart, since it's the only Cyclonus we've gotten since the 1986 movie. I have to give this figure a 9/10. This may be the best Universe has to offer, but it isn't without it's flaws.
