I was just checking out the clearance tack at Sears, and found a Supreme Starscream MISB for $39.94 CAD. is that a good price? let me know if i should pick it up. for the time being, it's hidden behind a bunch of lame CSI toys.

I apologize for my ignorance, but is there a difference between CAD and USD because i bought a Supreme SS for my little brother at 40$ regular price so im not sure if that is really a big clearance or if it makes that much of a difference. I have to say that although the overall design is pretty good the detail isn't all that great and the transformation is quite simple which could go either way.

I heartily recommend the figure - He's on clearance in the UK too. My Woolworths has half a dozen on the shelf for £25 each - Half the original price.

I wish they'd improved his detailing a little bit in comparison to his voyager sized version, but as that original is such a nice figure to start with, the Supreme release is a killer TF.

I actually got my SS when he first came out at a discount because one of my local retailers had a sale! :)  $40, plus the box was open so an additional $10 was taken off.

If that's your opinion on the toy, leave it and save the money.

I'd get a 2nd one for $40 or less. I like big Transformers, they help add depth to the displays

I paid $20 US for mine at Target on clearance. Would've bought two of them so I could use the dupe in a trade later, but the wife said nix to that.

    WELL the verdict:

I just picked him up, paid $45 taxes in (CAD). His robot mode looks alright, but not nearly as nice as the pictures, such as the one posted above. Even though the transformation skill level is "4", the transformation is incredibly simple. I spent about ten minutes prying him out of the clutches of the twist-ties, then transformed him once, and put him back in his box. He'll look nice on my shelf. But to be honest, it's a pretty crappy figure. I like having it in the collection, but he seriously just seems like a super blown-up mini-con class. There is extremely minimal articulation of his joints, which are giant and blocky, BTW. If you are looking for something nice to keep on your desk and play around with, DO NOT BUY HIM.

...not to mention his alt mode is one of the most disappointing i've ever seen.
