ohh... nice! So, Repugnas is an Autobot and Shortround is a Decepticon? Well, at least we get some more Autobots on Animatros.

Shortround is soooo awesome! I LOVE those colours! He is a must-have... wow, the Hasbro exclusive molds have been spectacular!

And Repugnus looks amazing! His boxart is breathtaking, and he has to be one of the coolest repaints I've ever seen!

Kudos Hasbro! You've really outdone yourselves this time!

EDIT: Whoa, I just realised Repugnus is an autobot! I was expecting a Decepticon, but I guess Hasbro was listening when fans wished that Universe Repugnus had been an autobot! I would have been happy either way, but this shows real attention-to-detail on Hasbro's part by giving fans a really unique homage to a really unique and under-appreciated transformer!

YES! Repugnus is hot! And he's an Autobot! Totally buying him.

I'm slightly disappointed by the fact that Soundwave has a Decepticon symbol. But he's still damn cool.

...was Shortround always that funky looking? I guess it's been a while since I last looked at the initial testshots. His vehicle mode is still kick ass.

I am amazed to see that they kept Repugnus an Autobot. I'm glad they did but still shocked.

That con insignia on Soundwave, once I get him, will be gone post haste.

 

the teal almost completely ruins... sigh... "short round" (still wondering why he isn't "Tidal Wave" since he looks like him and is coloured so similar to E. Tidal Wave) and "Shortround" is just such a nonsense name for a mold that is neither short nor round... (unlike, say a recolor of Backstop, which would have been funny)

Soundwave looks great, but i think i'm gonna get Soundblaster (colour fits the mold better)...

repugnus ~ nice colours, but i find that mold terrible...

 

why remove the decepticon symbol though? C'mon, Soundwave is a decepticon! He embodies what it means to be a decepticon! he was one of the ORIGINAL decepticons!

would you deny Starscream or Megatron the right to wear with pride the decepticon insignia?

back on topic: I love Shortround and Repugnus!

 

I am definitely getting Soundwave. I just wish they can come up with other cassettecons like Ravage and Rumble and package them together like Minicons. I like Repugnus colors better than Undermine but I may wait til it's on clearance.

 

I don't mind about the symbol on Soundwave what I need to know is if the leg/waste problem is fixed.

I agree that G1 Soundwave was a con. In GF, he worked w/ the cons, Soundwave, himself, though, was not a con. He & Noisemaze are their own faction.

 

Soundwave = LOVE...Repugnus = LOVE...Shortround = ??? What's up with his arms?

 

Repugnus and Shortround have nice alt modes, but the bot modes look awkward. Soundwave is what I'm really looking forward too.

Repugnus is pretty nice,haven't even opened my Undermine but i may get Repugnus....

Is Soundwave a brighter shade of blue than the GF version or is it just flash??

Hmmm; well at least where Repugnus is concerned, no paint scheme in the world can ever make me buy Clocker's mold a second time, I fervantly wish I'd never bought him the first go round.
As for Swindle; he's good I suppose, but I'm trying to cut back on purchasing tons of repaints... And still I find Repugnus to be a worthy addition to my collection; and he'll make a great Autobot to bolster their ranks.

Shortround...   Nuff said.

You know, i hadn't noticed this before, but Shortround's colorscheme really owes a lot to the G1 Seacons. Nifty.
