This is my TF commission. I drilled holes in the cannons mounted on the hands to make them more realistic and added some minor details. I found original colour scheme a bit too patchy, so I decided to go with a silvery grey paint scheme to make look more metallic (pretty much how I imagine a planet like Cybertron would look like).

Hope you enjoy it and C & C welcome.

Very nice, I personally can't stand how bright Primus is, after receiving mine back from TTT.
This, this is how Hasbro should have done it.
    Fantastic job. :thumb

    I agree, this is fantastic.

Perhaps for your next one you can do a sabrina and paint it in pure metallics.
It would certainly make your Primus more Cybertron. =)

REALLY cool! I wish I had a Cybertron Primus to paint. So big, it'd keep me busy for a while!

I hate how I finish a Transformer and don't have money for a new one, and just end up looking for stuff to paint. I've been painting Marvel Legends Figures and Gundams o_O

VERY cool. I ordered 1 from Ebay to rip the arms off for my Devastator.
Now I almost feel guilty.... :)

Thanks everyone for your kind comments.

Yup, this is one of those molds that is very time consuming to repaint, but yet it is also one of the more interesting mold with the planet key gimmick. It took me a couple of hours just to complete the panel lines and much more to do up all the little details.

I wished the alt mode wasn't so plain looking, as some of the blues broke up the silver up some. I do like the approach you had to minimizing it a lot though. I think this is a good idea.

Other than that, you took one of my favorite toys ever and made it more spectacular. I LOVE it.
