I noticed hasbro/idw recently reaffirmed cybertronian locales. Manganese mountains, simfur (yeah, yeah, i know wheres it from); Anybody else feels like theyre a bit uncreative? Nowhere near catchy sounding as iacon or polyhex or vector sigma. which was conjured up way back. Got any ideas for cybertronian locales?

    I like the Sonic Canyons.

I like to think of Cybertron like a planetwide skyscraper, with levels built over levels, some of the levels a mile high... going all the way down to the core.

Actually, I believe the Manganese Mountains was where Fortress Maximus' base was located in Headmasters #1.

Well I for 1 would like to see as many locales as possible on cybertron. But rather than metallically named versions of natural landscapes, I'd like to see more ancient cybertronian land marks. Such things would include power cores, burnt out generators, recycling plants, etc ... things that more or less detailed that they've been struggling to maintain the planet. And! I would also like it if within these ruins if there exsisted some hints to the 13 or even some sort of "duex es machina" type artifacts.

I'd like to see the Celestial Spires.

Is Vector Sigma considered a place? Either way, I'm not fond of the name.

High Moon mentioned the Rust Sea being in Fall of Cybertron. I was under the impression it was a desert not a sea.

I would also LOVE to see something akin to a forest. And more cybertronian life outside of the Transformers would make me very happy. I want to believe this world could exist but if the only life forms on it is the one we know then it makes it a world just there for them to fight on.

Yes it is. Also I believe it is Cybertron's capital itself, or was before the war.

I don't know about an ocean, but a waterfall or something would be cool.
In fact, I faintly remember seeing something like that in Beast Machines

You know there was water on Cybertron in the Golden Age according to War Dawn.
