I recently purchased a Cybertron Blurr with money I was given as a christmas gift and I like his overall mold, the head, the bot mode and the alt mode all look great.

My only concern is his lack of articulation, is there a way to mod him to make him more articulated?

I'm gonna start working on my Blurr's articulation soon. Check back in a while, I'll try to offer as much help as I can.

My plan as of now is to dig into my junker bots box and find better parts that won't require me to mod him that much. Pretty much just cut out parts that suck and glue new ones in place and add paint

What exactly is his limitations? I don't have him yet, but I intend to bash him into another character. I definitely am interested to know what he can and can't do stock!

Well no reall knees, they kind of bend not in a functional way, no waist movement, no wrist movement, his upper arms (biceps) don't rotate and his head only moves 360 around, not up and down. He has decent elbows and feet and ton of back kibble

Hope someone figures this out soon, the bricknyness ruins a perfectly good figure.

Uh, did you not visit my link to Alphamagnus' mod? Of course with the counter-intuitive, annoying thread linking protocols here in Radicons, I guess it's not really your fault.

    [thread]209574[/thread]

    Did that work? Yay. :redface2:

It's just that sometimes when you use the normal link tools, it only takes you to the Radicons main page, rather than the specific thread (as seen in my earlier post when I first tried to link to Alphamagnus' custom). This also happens when I try to bookmark a thread in my browser so I can come back to it later.

It's counter-intuitive because this isn't the way it works on other forums generally, just Radicons (and presumably other forums based on the same format). It's annoying because I've come across a few dead links like this just recently.

I'm presuming this is largely due to our change over from our last system back to vBulletin. Feel free to report this problem in the Technical Support area of TFW2005.com :)  Thanks for making us aware of it, too.

Wow... I didn't even know it was an unknown thing. I thought everybody knew about it. I thought it was just a technical difference between basic forum systems. I was just pissed because I could never remember the proper way to directly link back to a specific thread.

Well, uh... glad to help out! :)

I've never noticed a problem when I've linked SQ7 to various threads or even posts by copy/pasting the url's into MSN. Interesting.

I haven't been paying close attention to when it works and doesn't work, so I'm not sure why it happens. I just know that often when I try to link to other Radicons threads, it just goes back to the main page... ditto when I save a thread to my Bookmarks.

As above though, the [thread]-[/thread] bracketing with the thread number seems to work.

It sounds to me like supersquads is just trying to be friends, honestly.

Thanks for the link, was hoping to find a way to do this without butchering another figure, especially since I don't have any spare energon aerialbots.

all you need is a balljoint and square socket cut to length right? do you have any downshift or scout class thighs in your spares box?
