    If I had a Beachcomber head, and knew how to do the head swap, I'd be seriously tempted to try that repaint.

    Erm, that's not a G1 Beachcomber head. It's a kitbashed head, probably modified from Hardtop himself.

    Eh, you've got better eyes than me. Now that you've mentioned it, it does look kitbashed from the original head. (Though there's an odd lump to the left of the chin which isn't on the original head ... probably just paint.)

    hehehe im glad some one did that to hardtop.. i was counting on hasbro to... silly me. that worked out nicley, love the head it fits well

    it kinda looks like brushguard's head, though i could be wrong.

    Beachcomber was made from Cybertron (USA Exclusive) Hardtop. Soundwave was made from Exigeyser.
