I found the Cyber Slammers Bumblebee concept Camero at a Target in Indianapolis last night. I believe this might be the first sighting... it was on the shelf with a couple Cyber Slammer Ratchets and Brawls, and a single Barricade. I bought it along with a Ratchet and Brawl.

Damn. I was at Target earlier and saw the Brawl and Ratchet but didn't even think about checking for this. Thanks for the heads-up. ^_^

Not at all. Slammers have been selling well in my part of the world. I even know of one person that used a Barricade Slammer as a birthday cake topper for her husband, a policeman. :)

    Exactly.
The slammers are NOT warming pegs around here.

That would be the real gears.

Haven't seen a Prime slammer since June.

Kiddies love them. And parents like cute.

    These remind me of throttlebots.
Even though these look much uh...better*, they still suck.

    (*Is that even possible?)

Cute. I hope they were cheaper here, then I'd have picked up some. 'Bee and barricade slamming into each other would be a great movie moment :(

The slammers were in my 'decide on person' list several months ago, 'cause after all they look like Throttlebots, and I like the Throttlebots. But once I saw them in store ... I found out I didn't like them at all. I think the Throttlebots are better, but perhaps I'm biased. :p

Perhaps if the Cyberslammers were smaller....

Disappointed that they altered the face from the '74 Bee slammer. Might have to do a head swap, all for the sake of pleasing my 2 1/2 son (*wink wink*).

You collectors are sooooo dense. These AREN'T meant for you. Hasbro doesn't give a rats patootie if you like these.... wanna know who these are for? My son, who is a toddler, who wants to play with his dad's Transformers, but he's too young. These are an EXCELLENT intro into the TF world for a youngster. They look great, are easy for small hands to manage, and are a "big kid's toy" in a "little kid's toy" size.

Some of you elitist collectors really need to get off your high horse and mingle with the REAL people in the world. :)

**Edit I also noticed the Cyberslammers selling out everywhere. I hope this gives Hasbro incentive to release others, such as a G1 series. Nice to have something other than Fisher Price Wiggles to play with my son***

Duh, really? I guess the "Ages 3+" on the packaging isn't a dead giveaway. Still that doesn't mean I don't think CS TFs are cool and worth collecting. :D  Anyway, glad you like to play with your son in a postive way.

I might have to start getting some of these now, especially since my son is getting more and more interested in Daddys' toys!
