Minor/Repaint: Cy-Kill

    Here is my take on Cy-Kill. Using Oilslick I just repainted him in Cy-Kill's colors. I didn't like that Mr. Freeze head so I took it off. Then I decided to turn it into a bike helmet and painted that like Cy-kill's head.

    Just curious... How easy is it to take off Oil Slick's Mr. Freeze Dome? Oh and This looks great! :thumb

    It depends, with a hammer it works so well
    but you better have glue lying around!

    I just used pliers and they popped right off. No hammer, no smashing. The head also pops off so I cut the rim of the dome so that the head can fit again. That's what gave me the idea for the helmet.

    Thanks. I never got into Animated but doing this custom made me think the Animated style would have worked better for a Gobots Animated.

    Saw this coming!!! Great Job!!! Very nice paint app and head mod...

    One adjustment I was going to do was remove the ramhead and hit it up w/ a headlight. Depends on what my final outcome is for this mold...(Wreck-gar maybe...hmmm)

    dude very well done. I loved repainting this guy as well. he is a fun one. did you come across any problems with the paint on his horns and fingers not curing right?

    Yeah, the horns and handlebars are starting to flake. It's the soft plastic.

    mine dont flake. just have a different texture. been that way since i made him but it dont seem to smear

    with that paint job and they way you pose him he looks more transtech than animated and that is pure win

    Yeah. I noticed that so far every animated figure painted looks WAY better.
