Here is what I have done so far. I'm going to test print each one on my printer and check fitment and performance before I upload to Shapeways. I still have to finish Sunstreaker's gun and make a launcher for Hound. Each figure has a small spot on the shoulder that should allow the launchers to fit G1 style. Even though some figures have 5mm peg holes on the arm flaps, I want them to look like the originals. I just have to modify the plug for each one. I wish I could add springs to make them shoot. I've also made a new rifle for CW Optimus Prime.

The first Kit:
Wheeljack - Backpack with wings plugs right in the hole on the underside of his hood. Shoulder launcher plugs in the gap on the arm tab. Plus Wheeljack's Pistol.



Prowl - Rifle and dual shoulder launchers. They are adjustable and the missiles fit over the cannon. The launcher has a tab that fits in the small hole on the shoulder deck. The same kit can be used for Smokescreen.



Mirage - With the nose on the rear, Mirage needs something to make him look whole. Gun and shoulder launcher. Sticks in and slides in the shoulder tab.



Sunstreaker - Missile launcher. I am modifying the launcher to work for Hound as well.



Ironhide G1 Gun

Hound/Swindle's gattling gun will clip into their roof top over their shoulder. If you look at the gun you can see the nubs that clip into the bracket.

I opened my Shapeways Shop, RDSTUDIO.

It looks like I need to edit the models slightly to work well with Shapeways. I think you guys will like the pricing on the kits. Right now it is showing up for less than $10 for Wheeljack's.

Hey I've got a question regarding Wheeljack. Is there any way to transform him without removing the wings?

 

I did attempt to make the wings fold into the backpack, but they plug in where the head goes when transformed. So no, you can't transform him with the wings plugged in. I'll upload a pic from the back.
