I suck at painting, but here you go, TM Fangry using Twinferno (TM Doublecross).
It's funny that I hated the bar between the beast feet in the G1 so much that I removed it, but I thought it is iconic in bot mode, so I added it to the custom as a wing gun.

*EDIT: I just found a pic taken months ago, when I made it (took me ages to start to paint it), and now I see the wolf neck is a bit misstransformed, I was afraid of breaking something and didn't remember the head could be pressed down more, to sit lower over the shoulders, so it looks more integrated into the body.

Yes, I bought it as GC-14 FANG WOLF, GALAXY FORCE but I see they are the same. Good eye.

I had the same idea. Now I just have to get off my butt and do the same. Great work by the way.

    Most excellent !

If ever an official Fangry, this should be the mold to base it on.

Nice but I think the wolf head is a bit too big/doesn't blend in that well. Perhaps an alternate one would work better? If I recall, the original had a transorganic look to it, so maybe regular wolf toys could work?

This is really cool! I had been considering customizing a Mindwipe instead (though I've never done any kind of custom work), but this mold works MUCH better for Fangry. And he doesn't just turn into a weird bat. I'd agree that the head might be a bit too large, and using a Wolfwire head might scale a bit better, but I have no idea how it'd connect with a neck mechanism.

    Thanks.

Sure, any regular wolf head should work here. I agree that the head may be a tad large, but part of the not blending effect is because of the misstransformation. I think it's kind of ok when pushed down properly like this:

In fact, another customizer who made this character with the same base figure at the same time, used the same wolf head   but in a different way, have a look to check if you like better how it bends:
Heavy/Scratch: - Titans Return Fangry (my take on him!)

Sculpt-bot used Mindwipe with Wolfwire head, it works too but I prefer Cybertron Snarls's because it's more organic:
Minor/Repaint: - Titans Return Fangry with Brisko

And he went a second round using the whole Wolfwire:

So this is the good thing about customs, you can have Fangries for every taste.

Thanks! The Wolf head is from Cybertron Snarl / Galaxy force Fang Wolf, which is the "hand" of his bot mode, so I just used the whole arm, cause its articulation is good enough for this, and random parts from a titanmaster tank vehicle to make the minibackpack where the arm connects the body.

Takara Hardhead, but you can get that tank with other loose titanmasters. I used the handle/5mm post and the part where it is connected to, and superglued some bits of broken toys.

Now I check, I think I used the tank vehicle that comes with Nightbeat head (which is very similar to the Hardhead tank, but not the same), cause it's missing the yellow part with the handle, which I think I used to attach the backpack to the back. Here goes another pic, hope it helps.
