It's to wash the parts. One tip I learned in forums of plastimodelismo, since the pieces comes with a type of oil, washing helps in the adhesion of the paint and in the quality of the painting.

Coronation kit I made for Starscream. I used the head of the Cyclonus CW Combiner, pvc boards and pack blister molded with hot candle. I painted with national acrylic paints and bright varnish.
