Apparently i posted this in the wrong forum and got punished for it....yeah i know. Anyway: Its criminal that this is only at 150, when other so called customs by others who are less talented would already be twice as much by now. Just proves that quality cant be measured based on how much $ somebody sells something for. Heres hoping a last-minute bidding war happens on this and you get at least 250.
I'm on the same boat as MatrixDesigns. Nevertheless, I'm kinda disappointed in how low this is going. I'm hoping for a last minute bidding war.
Wow. Super nice figure. If it goes any lower than $250, it will probably be due to your lack of ebay feedback, not the quality of the work.
I re-watched the ROTF movie, and indeed the white tats are on Starscream. I was expecting to see starting bids $250 before I went to the ebay page! Dude, I would bid as well, but alas I am forsaking the voyager for the Leader.
says who? You post your opinions as though they are fact. You insult many TFW members and artists with your "know it all" attitude man. Ebay's an open market, those bidding and with the money to bid, typically know what they are bidding on. They, nor us, need you to justify where our and their money goes.
Whoah..didn't read the description, just oogled at the pictures..took me a while to realise this isn't the Leader class, but the Voyager! Looks really sweet! I don't know for how much it has eventually been sold, but I don't think it matters how good a custom is, what's most important is how many people know of the bidding. Half of creating and selling customs is gathering a big fanbase and other people that know of your work..this takes time, but if you don't invest in this enough, not many people will come to your biddings, which results in a final bid that's lower than it could be. This might seem unfair to the person that made the custom, but that's just the way it is. People have to be aware of you being out there, which pretty much goes for anything in life. But creating good quality customs IS of course an important step in that.
good points. then again, somtimes people must know too much...and are smarter than the customizer think, i'll leave it at that
