Pretty impressed by the smoothness and the gloss-metallic of the paintwork - can I ask what paint you use and whether you airbrush, use layered paints or some other method?

Well the whole figure was hand painted using a variety of Testors Model Paints. First I replaced that light blue with gloss blue acrylics paint. After that I applied some Silver Metallic and Gloss Black acrylics for the small details such as the hands and other vehicle components. I pulled apart the head and applied some black and blue to the eyelids for show accuracy (though that's the intend of this project). Finally I replaced all the silver with a thin layer of Gloss Magenta and after a good while (seriously I lost track of time) I had my very own show accurate (almost) Prime Arcee.

Looks pretty good. Her crest on her head is the only thing that I see that's off.
