There's nothing really wrong with him remarketing the paint, but the owners of the images have the right to report him should they desire. I'm not sure non-owners can effectively do anything.
I get that stuff for $8 at my hobby shop. I think it's overpriced as it is so there's no way I'm going to pay $16 plus $15 shipping. For me to justify that price, I want the figure of Primus to touch it.
