it looks to me like all you need to do for this one is spray it with a high-luster clear coat hehehe.

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend using any sort of clear coat on those labels as that paper specifically has a tendency not to hold other materials aside from ink well.

I think the Altered Masterpiece battle scene is really out of place with this toy. Don't get me wrong, I do love that Milne piece (props to my boy clay for picking it up for me and having Milne sign it for me at the last Botcon :thumb ), but it just seems of place for this toy.

Aside from that, I really love the styling and feel of this box! It's not an exact "G1" replica, yet it still evokes G1ness. I like the "something old, something new" approach to it.

    Overall great work man :thumb

Yeah i used that scene ecause it was the only bright battle scene i could find that was a large format.. Everything else was too dark and small .. The orginal box art i wasnt too crazy about because it was boxy and dark.. I would love to find some hi res scans of the battle scene cover art for the dream wave comics to use, they were nice and bright ..But it seems like alot of the good photos are vanishing from google and yahoo .. its weird ..
Anyways glad you all like this so far :)  i just finished the layouts for Overdrive and Camshaft .. Ill post pics wheni get them printed and folded .. till then stay tuned lol .

Nice as usual, P.A. Did that interior foam come with it or did you pick up some and cut it yourself?
