After seeing the auction and description, which was nowhere near what the OP had posted, it's kind of a cool custom idea. Why not a negative color scheme that was seen in 1 episode? Hell, they made autoscout and Kremzeek figures... The metallic paint he used makes it look pretty good.

I wouldn't pay $150 for it, but it's a neat idea.

 

You'd think someone that wants $150 for their custom would be willing to take better/more photos.

 

If you change size=2 to size=1 you get the large picture.

You can tell it was hand painted. Not sure if the mold is an original or a ko though.

 

It's probably the old, slightly knackered original that goes with that old, slightly knackered box it comes in.

That guy should join these boards so we can bitch about his untidy house like we did with that sink.

 

Assuming the box and figure came together, the OP is actually right.  

Thats definitely a KO box so I guess the figure is a customized KO.

 

Probably used a shovel to clear that carpet space...
