Still WIP with a little more painting touch up to do...here's Gobots Optimus Prime! The mold is of course one which everyone's is very familiar with....no painting done to the main body... A little mod to accomodate the head going into the groove in alternate mode... Update: Gobots prime is completed....sorry for the blurry pictures...had to take them in a rush before sending the bot to the owner....
The new head works amazingly well. Although perhaps you could work out some colour blend in vehicle mode so that when in robot mode the legs are yellow? Would be VERY difficult, I know, but would look
a better question would be why they called that crappy little guy Optimus prime this looks very cool, I love that head sculpt and glad to see people starting to use it more often

While I *really* like the your custom Gobot figure (it also reminds me of another custom called "Speed Convoy"). I like your use of a Cyb. Primal head (right?), it is ingenious! Makes it 'Primesque', but not an obvious Prime headsculpt (Hey, Gobot Prime's headsculpt was a little wonky itself, if I remember right)! I think this would be perfect if you added some yellow to the inside of the legs using the alternate leg transformation (as seen in frogDNA's: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/276041-g1-cartoon-style-universe-sideswipe.html]HERE). -Possibly paint the white sliding panel that Prime's head sits on as well? That shouldn't show in vehicle mode, but give you the 'full' Gobot colors!
Really cool idea. Like this a lot. If I could make one suggestion, I would say you should put a little more blue that matches his head on his body to make his color scheme a little more cohesive, but other than that this is awesome.
