That trailer is superb! I've got a model trailer I'm painting to go along with my Optimus, but the sides are all just flat. Did yours have all those ridges on it already, or did you have to make those? Along with the solid flat spaces for the Autobot symbols?

Thanks, The ridges were already there but the stripe down the side is 2mm sheet styrene superglued on.

Thanks for the feedback everybody, it doesn't transform due to the fiber optics. Here in the UK i think our trucks are boring compared to American trucks and with everybody doing custom bots i wanted to try and make optimus prime, the kick ass, in your face hauler.

Once its its finished i would probably be open to offers but im in the uk and this is big, like 30 or so inches big so it would not be cheap to ship i imagine.

This is stunning, man!!! Although it is not transformable, but i do understand bout it,
Sometimes if we wanna maximize for led light, transformation must be sacrifice. I belief the fiber optic works isnt easy. By the way, the headlights, u havent do it, i think mayb u trying the best way to hide it inside the original plastic housing rite? Cause u dun wan the led exposed out there, am i right bout this? Base on ur skill for those tiny little blue fiber optic n led, i think there is not a problem for you to install the headlights. Anyway, this is the best led optimus at the moment..... :)

    SCHA-WING.

I like that you even cut out the extra plastic under his headlamps.

You need to market these dude lol.

Cheers for saying that KooF but ive seen your blogspot and your led work is awesome and your prime is cool. Your right about housing fiber optic but i do plan to do the headlights as i still need to paint flames and pinstripe them. Its good to hear feedback, good or bad about this work in progress.

I thought I had noticed something there... I considered doing that to mine, but was afraid it would hurt the durability for robot mode...

Ive done this to a few leader class primes and as far as i can tell it only hurts the durability of your fingers if you aint careful with that hobby knife, believe me !!!
