Seems that also Superion will have an upgrade and it'll happen in April :D

Well looks like CrazyDevy's no longer Devastator exclusive. I have feeling they'll be focusing on G1 combiners though.

That makes the CrazyDevy name just seem wrong now...

Well Devy is (technically) a construction-unit...

But this is sort of interesting, I think Superion needed the upgrades worse anyhow!

Pretty cool. They've found a nice niche to fill.

Is it just me or does the Superion used in the picture look like a knockoff?

It could just be the lighting...

But I certainly think an original G1 figure should have been used in the pic if it is indeed a knockoff. Also, the new custom head is just angled up on Silverbolt's head...so it gives it the essence of poseability in the pic without actually being poseable (from what we can see so far).

Besides the coloring, the head isn't all that different in design to the one included.

I'm surprised they didn't go for a cartoon looking head (with the red visor and face plate) instead of a more detailed version of the toy design.

You'd think they'd go to the next combiner that didn't have such a modern treatment. Superion just had a very nice kit for the Energon parts and it looks (despite G1 inaccuracies) light years better than the original in terms of proportions and articulation. I would expect them to start thinking about making Menasor look a bit better, for example, as I do not see us getting a new one for quite a while if ever.

This group sure is doing a lot of stuff.

Still painfully overpriced, even by 3rd party standards, but I guess that's their intention.

Would've like to've seen a face more in line with the animation model, with red optics and a faceplate. But still, kinda neat.

Nice, but their Devastator parts were crazy expensive - over $100 to get the upgraded head, waist, arms, and gun. I just can't justify that, even if it is a nice mold with some work put into it. Same here.

I like what I see. Has anyone done a review for the Devastator set? Is it even out yet?

Yeah, I'd love more detail on what's going on with the Devastator waist/thighs set.

I'm glad someone is out there, doing this stuff, but it is interesting just how small their market is for this sort of thing. I have an entire room in my house dedicated to transformers (the walls anyway) and the only g1 Superion I have is a KO. If they can't get MY money, that's a pretty small market.

Kinda think the name now means CRAZYDEVeloperY'S....

i like the idea of LED heads and articulation add on parts, but $27 a head here, a waist there...gets to be overwhelming.
(i buy Encores for that much.)

Am still dying to see how they can make a kit for Menasor. i don't have much hope for him, lol.
