HI. Just wanted to share some images of my latest kitbash/repaints. These were modded and repainted from 3 Alt Ravages obviously. I altered the alt modes just slightly to differentiate each character but retain some unity as well by using the same Vette mold. It worked out nicely with this specific mold for these specific characters since all of the modded parts fit like a puzzle when in alt mode. Bombshells head was modded from Alt Prime and Kickbacks was modded from Alt Swindles. I cut away the pieces I did not need and used styrene and milliput where needed and just painted them in their G1 toy colors. Shrapnels head is just Alt Swerves head painted black.

For more up close and detailed pics of the 3 just click the links:

    Shrapnel: http://s107.photobucket.com/albums/m296/WarMachine_01/Shrapnel/

These guys are also for sale if anyone is interested. Just click my e-bay link. Good luck!!

    Those. Are. AMAZING.

I love Bombshell, especially.... you captured him perfectly, with the chest shape and head. Actually you captured them all perfectly. And the glossy black of the car works well as an insect-like shell.

Man... I know these are going to shoot insanely out of my price range on eBay, but I'm going to watch them anyway. Good luck, man, I hope you sell these for a bundle! You deserve it!

OH. MY. GOD. those are absolutely amazing. even though you're obviously new to the boards, you're definitely not new to kitbashing. where else have you posted/what else have you done? I'm sure there's lots more where this is from. these will definitely go out of my price range too, but man, I'd love to have them. great job :thumb

WOW! Those are awesome! Excellent concept and execution, and I love the way you did Shrapnel's antenne things.

Those head sculpts are amazing. I'm not a big fan of Decepticon Alternators but those are great.

I have to say, they are all done with lots of attention to detail in mind and it shows.

I personally wouldn't want my Alt-secticons to be all the same car but you did make them all turn out very well.

My fav though would have to be Bombshell. That is the car I would use for him and you executed him perfectly although the outside of the cars could use just a bit more color IMO. Maybe a Purple bourder around the bottom of the car with a yellow stripe down the middle?

Just my opinons and suggestions but all in all I'd love to have them on my shelf.

at first I was expecting to be disappointed by them all being corvettes, but upon actually seeing them, I think it works really really well. I like the use of different hubcaps, that's not something you usually see in customs. Bombshell is probably the best one, all said

You captured them perfectly, the faces are spot on. The details of each is also quite nice.

Now if Hasbro would re-use molds like that, I might buy some.

Warmachine, these are all 3 very nice pieces! One of the main things I really love about what you've done is that you considered both the robot and the alt mode in your designs. Typically with Alt customs, most customizers are more concerned with the "G1 accuracy" of the bot mode and in turn sacrificing the Alt mode. You've done no such thing. I REALLY like the fact that they are all 3 black Vettes in Alt mode, looking pretty much identical other than a few detail changes, and the surprise comes when they are in robot mode. Truly robots in disguise! If I could afford em, they'd be on my shelf!

    :thumb  Nice work man!
