That fic actually sounds like a lot of the filler episodes.

Back to the topic at hand, I believe there was a massive thread about this several months ago. I believe it was "Post your own episode synopsis," but don't quote me on it. There were some great ideas in there.

Rising Sun

The Autobots head to Tokyo to stop the rival Decepticons Bludgeon and Banzaitron from bringing their fueding Cyberninja clans to Earth and Miko must attempt to stop her father from signing a deal to manufacture robotics parts for MECH.

Intoduces: Miko's parents, Bludgeon, Banzaitron, "Leland Bishop", Machination co. (which is Miko's father's company and her inheritance), Yoketron(Bludgeon and Banzaitron's sensei).

Paranoia

The Autobot Red Alert arrives on Earth and upgrades the base's security system. But a Cybertronian virus messes with Red Alert's head, causing him to believe Jack, Miko, Raf, June and Agent Fowler are Decepticon spies and uses the security system in his attempts to kill them.

Introduces: Red Alert, Roboenza, Teletraan 1 (the security system).

I still want episode where we get a slice of life Vehicon episode with Steve dying at the end.

Honestly if you want me to write funnier things, Give me episode titles and i'l come up with plots for them.

Knockout's Birthday Bash
It's Knockout's birthday and everyone's invited! We got Breakdown hogging down the Energon buffet, Steve air-guitaring on the bridge, and Airachnid providing "special entertainment" for the guests. But things get real wacky when the Autobots join the party. And It all ends with everyone passed out and overengerized until Soundwave kicks them all out.

Past

An Energon finding at a certain location brings back memories for Arcee about her and Cliffjumper's friendship and adventures.

 

Steve the Destroyer

A wrongly programmed Decepticon drone goes rouge and renames himself Steve after overhearing a human conversation... Repaints himself and changes his armor to also show he is on neither sides.
Then causes tons of trouble for both factions.

 

That is the funniest thing I have read all year.

 

I think I let out a little fart I laughed so hard reading this.

Soundwave makes hellish Brain monsters that strangles their victims with their "tails'' and sucks out their brains all with his mind.
