Just received this set today and I gotta say I'm really glad I decided to get it.

The overall quality of this set is really good with nice tight joints, thick plastic and a great color match.
The add-on features ball joints at the hip and swivel joints at the knee.

You don't have to modify anything on your Devastator to use this set, however if you want you can unscrew the missiles from the original hip accesory and attach them to his new upper legs.

The only slight downside I found is it can be difficult to get Devastator to stand up. His legs are a bit too far forward making it a bit tricky to pose him without additional support. If you bend his knees backwards slightly though he'll stand nicely.

For looks I totally recommend the set though! Adds some extra height and improves the overall proportions.

Are you planning on getting the other parts like the head and hands?

Sucks about the stability, but it does really make Devy look a lot better.

The hands look pretty nice, depending on the price I might pick those up. I didn't really like the look of their head replacement though, the face looked kinda off. Besides, I painted my Devy's head to be more show accurate anyway.

In all I think this leg replacement set was the most "needed" upgrade.

I have really wanted this set since I seen it but I have to wait till I can get some extra cash to get it though even though it is sold out right know. I will get it whenever the open sales again happen. I want the head part and the leg part too.

Love the most wanted symbol on the packaging.

Looks great. Hopefully I'll be able to get a Devastator one day, and get this to upgrade it.

The head looks much better in person, and looks fantastic as a replacement. In fact, I recommend the head over the thighs.

I have the same problem with the thighs -- they're well constructed, but Devastator can't stand or achieve any pose without support.

It's not that the joints can't support the weight though. It's just that the legs are placed a bit too far forward making him more difficult to pose.

Ah ok, I see, but I'm still unimpressed by the design.
Could you possibly upload some pics showing Devs from the side, to illustrate the problem? :thumbs2:

interesting, but I think that the legs are a bit to far apart at the hips for some reason. Maybe it's just me.

Alright, I got him to stand up on his own.
You just have to bend his knees backward a bit and he's good to go. Doesn't look all that awkward and kinda has that anime tough guy stance vibe goin' on :p

looks like it just needs some long heels and he'd have no problem standing up

I wonder if there are any large cavities in the hip and leg parts. Seems to me the problem is with the center of gravity is more towards the back of the figure. If one could add weights to the new hips and thighs, perhaps even the engine bay of Longhaul it could be balanced out?
