Pilot episode was awesome. The series sucked badly.

I love this show. My wife and I used to watch it back when we first got married, before Cartoon Network started ditching the cartoons. It's genuinely twisted more often than not, but it's hilarious.

You mean there's a way you still can watch this?! I dunno what is with this show but it cracks me up most of the time. I especially like the episodes that feature the gypsy dog (I think), Shirley.

What's extra funny to me about Shirley is that she has the same name as my first dog.

I miss Courage. I agree it was a little more sick than most, but it was more tolerable than that Flapjack cartoon, which REALLY pushes the limit of gross for me. At least Courage had decent plots, sometimes even heartwarming conclusions, the episode with the alien robot who carved wooden ducks and the one with the Huchback were two of my favorite episodes.

Sounds like a highly intellectual show.

At least it made more sense than Chowder. That show was just intelligence-insulting.

It was a pretty good show, I always looked foward to Courage's over the top afraid moments, they're hilarious.

Since I saw it at a relatively young age, some episodes, I found, were rather disturbing. One that sticks out was this episode where they found this slab, and there were markings on it. One of them resembled pestilence, and this seriously creepy looking dude started destroying the house.

At least, I think that's what happened.

But yeah, it was a great series. Have fond memories of watching it with friends.

Boomerang shows it at around 7 PM in my area. I love this show, back from Cartoon Network's "golden age." It was just so weird and out there, it was hard not to like for me.

The last one I saw had the snowman with the Sean Connery-ish accent.

I believe that was the one with Ramses. It actually scared me a bit when I saw it when I was young. However, that episode aired a month or so ago, and watching it now I kind of laughed.

One thing I loved about the show was the setting and portrayal of it. I loved the art. It's like I wanted to visit there, but not live there.
