So after seeing the movie a second time with my sister after the movie she asked was his "jetpack" the old robot from the second movie? I was like yea I wonder that too. I think it was his parts and the whole trailer could be too what do you think?

 

I think it's a mixture of Jetfire's parts and components made by Wheeljack and the Wreckers.

No, they aren't in this movie. There's nothing to suggest that they are. They were used and discarded in ROTF.

I think it would be neat if at least some of Prime's DOTM flight gear consisted of Jetfire's parts. That way, the old guy's legacy lives on into this present film.
