Could Prime be connected to the films?

    That doesn't mean it hasn't changed. I'm not too familiar with the behind the scenes stuff, but much like everyone else has said.....I don't think so.

    oh, no doubt. its most definitely changed to being in its own continuity but i just thought it worth noting that originally they had tossed about the idea of making it set within the movie-verse

    the similarities are obviously there [movie inspired designs, working friendly with the government, decepticons out and on the run, in hiding for the past 3 years (see the correlation there between how the long the cons were in hiding and how long after ROTF they wanted Prime to take place!)]



    Clearly Hasbro wanted something different so now we have the Prime/Aligned continuity

    Just no, please, trying to forget the movie timeline existed and lets not dirt Prime with that thing :3

    I'd rather keep them separate. I like Prime being it's own continuity.

    I see no connection, thankfully. Let's keep the movies in their own limb, the better to amputate.
