Could anybody explain this to me???

    maybe what he means is that if u received a damaged box or the damage is visible without opening the box than u can exchange. if the damage is discovered after opening that he won't cover. have asked for more specific info?

    No, I wont, to me is pretty specific....I can understand that it could apply to vintage items, for instance you coud not replace a MISB Sunstreaker with a broken wheel to say something, but you can surely replace mass released toys.

    Action HQ has that policy as well. They will only change it if you buy their insurance as well, which I think isn't actual mailing insurance, just extra money for them.

    Sounds dicey to me. So if you open a fig that isn't obviously broken until you open it and it falls apart, you can't replace it? While I can see it covers them from the point of view of not being able to prove whether you broke it or not, if you open it up and parts are missing (as has happened with me on a couple of occasions, even with official products), then you're screwed. Might be worth asking for clarification on this, but I certainly wouldn't touch them.
