    Hey guys,
I´m doin´ a cosplay for an press-event at the Nürnberg toy fair at tzhe Hasbro booth. At first, I wanted to do a Soundwave costume, but in lack of blue PVC fabric, I decided to do Soundblaster.
The design is based on this figure:

The face will be made from a paintball-mask.

Most parts (Legs, crotch, arms, chest) will be made from foam and polystyrene.
Here are some work in progress pictures:

looks nice so far but watch it with the overheating using the foam padding, i learned the hard way when i did my devastator costume for botcon 2011. you will need alot of ventilation, in that costume or risk passing out to do overheating.

    Thanks guys :)
luckily I have to wear it less than 4 hours and there´s enough space between me and the parts for air to circulate.
When it gets to hot, I´ll take a break and get some fresh air, but I think everything will be okay.
The only thing that makes me nervous is the paintball mask. I ordered it a week ago and it didn´t arrived yet. I think I´ll go with cardboard instead.
Has anyone a good idea how to do a helmet from cardboard? Thanks in advance.
