Has anyone heard that the Universe line Cosmos has been cancelled? I really hope he hasn't.
Where did you hear this news? What is the source of this news?
No offense but I don't think he was telling us it has been, I think he is just asking if it has....because he didn't know....and I don't either so I will back away slowly......
Universe legends cosmos is due out next month along with wheelie, warpath, and hot rod. I believe you may be getting this confused with the titanium cosmos, which, of course, was cancelled when the titanium line was cancelled.
And it's a damn shame cause that thing looked AWESOME!
Hasbro said they may use the Titanium mould in the Universe line......
Ok, yeah, damn...I really want to see that mold used.
Ohhh god. That's is superb. I saw this for the first time yesterday while crawling around tfwiki.net, except it was concept art. I hadn't seen this pic yet. I can't friggin' believe that someone would cancel that figure... along with the Shockwave and BB figs. GROAN!
WANT! WANT! WANT! I would gladly accept that into my collection.
I still hold some small shard of hope that that design will see life in Universe classics if the Universe line continues for long enough.
Personally, I say a little prayer everyday hoping that Hasbro will release Cosmos, Shockwave, and Arcee in the Universe line. Of course, I pray for Beast Wars Neo Unicron first. And I slip his name in there in the middle. And at the end.
Yeah plus that mold was going to be released in classics too but got canceled.
How did that little bundle of awesome get shelved and then when toys r us needs exclusives they bust out those poorly executed WWI Grimlock and anorexic Prowl?
REALLY hope that Cosmos mold gets used in Universe. I can't say I'm unhappy the Titanium version got canned, it looks great as a resin proto but think of how heavy that thing would be with Die Cast. Titanium was a great idea, HORRIBLE execution.
Awesome mold for Cosmos.
