Would you all say this would be the correct to scale display so far?

    Leader optimus
    Leader sentinel prime
    Leader ironhide
    Human alliance jazz
    Human alliance bumblebee
    Human alliance sideswipe
    Human alliance roadbuster
    Human alliance leadfoot
    Leader starscream
    Leader megatron
    Ha barricade

    Other than it's lacking decepticons

Human alliance doesn't scale with leaders from what I've read. It also depends what mode you are talking about since leader ironhide isn't in scale with leader prime in robot mode but he does scale well with him in vehicle mode. Leader starscream doesn't scale well with anyone in his vehicle mode (maybe cybertronian megatron).

The weird thing is that dotm scaled down the sizes for vehicle mode but the robot modes seem too scale better with one another (Deluxe Battle Blades Bumblebee is very tall for his size class and voyager ironhide from rotf is a little too tall too).

    I use:

    Leader Prime
    Leader Sentinel
    Leader Jetfire
    Voyager Ironhide (any really)
    Voyager Ratchet
    Deluxe BB BB
    Deluxe Jazz
    Deluxe Sideswipe
    Deluxe Skids and Mudflap
Deluxe for the Arcee Trio, though they are a bit big
    Deluxe Jolt
    Deluxe Wreckers
    Legends Wheelie

It ends up being not too bad, except for the bikes, but eh oh well. if i use smaller toys they end up really messed up in terms of compared to Wheelie instead of only kinda messed up. I dont even bother with trying to get the Decepticons in scale, but I use

    Leader Megs (movie 2)
    Leader Screamer
    Leader Brawl
    Deluxe Barricade

Everyone after that basically only has 1 toy. So Voyager Fallen, Deluxe Bonecrusher, etc. The leaders and HA toys do scale INCREDIBLY well together, IMHO, but then of course are enormous compared to the Decepticons. Sideswipe vs Sideways becomes pathetic. Though I do hope they make a large Ratchet, as Leaders Prime, Ironhide, and Ratchet would go great with HA BB and Jazz for a first movie bots group.

the deluxe bikes dont look as bad with the HA stuff as compared to the other deluxes.

the HA bikes are just too tiny for me.

I really like to have accurate scale--unfortunately I dont think we'll get it with movieverse toys. As for my scale display, I base it off of real world alt modes:
    Decepticons
    Only 2
ROTF Megs (very anxious to see if we get a leader DOTM, as it would probably fit in well)
    Leader Starscream

    Autobots
    BB Prime
HFTD deluxe Irohide (a tad too small but close enough)
    DOTM deluxe Ratchet
    Leader Jetfire
Leader Sentinel (a little large but the rosenbauer is a huge vehicle)
Nothing else really fits in IMO because screamer's alt mode is just way to big in real life.

This is exactly what I use.

The HA figures are too big compared to the rest of the deluxes. Also, DotM voyager Ironhide is way too slight and leader Ironhide is too big. Movie 1 Ironhide is Goldilocks' choice.

It's rare we get it in any series.

Leader: Optimus, Sentinel, Starscream, Brawl, Megatron (though he should be taller)
Voyager: Ratchet, Payload (from ROtf game)
Deluxe: BB, Jolt, sideswipe (dotm), Barricade, Wreckers, scorponok, rampage (iffy), sideways, jazz
    Legends: Ravage, Arcee
And that frenzy from the first encounters set
that's closest scale we can get movie wise, Jetfire is way to small, a custom leader fallen would work, voyager ironhide and mixmaster (when legs mistransformed for extra height) are close but still far to short.
HA ironhide between leader and voyager scale would be perfect...

There are several different ways to go when it comes to the larger figures. None of them will ever be perfect. It depends on whether you prefer in-scale robot modes or alt modes. Cyberverse is another option, but it has it's own problems.

This is my current "in scale" setup, focusing on alt mode:

    Leader Starscream
    Voyager Dotm Megatron
    Voyager Battle Blades Prime
    Deluxe HftD Ironhide
    Deluxe DotM Ratchet
    Legends Ravage

Its not perfect, but it's pretty darn close. Hopefully, the rest of the DotM line will bring some old characters back in new size classes. HA Basic Chromia and Arcee would be nice.

I personally think Leader Ironhide is great scale-wise. Especially in vehicle mode.

Things to scale in a Transformers series? Heck we can't even get a perfect scale in GI Joe, Star Wars, or Marvel Universe. Always some figure too short, too tall, too thin, too bulked up, or off in some other way compared to the other action figures.

My advice to the OP is to just go with what looks the best to you. You will never get the scale exactly perfect but if you are happy with how it looks on your shelf that's all that is really important.
